Having experienced various roles in various organisations across his lengthy career, our founder Liam has come to understand the distinct difficulties Managed Service Providers and Managed Security Service Providers face. Through those experiences, Liam also has a unique insight into the difficulties organisations experience with their Managed Service Providers (and Managed Security Service Providers) not fulfilling their obligations.
